Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website and the free preview we offer on it. They are not the contract for a paid build — that is a separate written agreement, and nothing here overrides it.

If you send an enquiry, we aim to show you a working preview of your app within 3 working days of our first conversation. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We take no card details and there is no contract at that stage.

If you decide against going ahead, you owe us nothing. The preview itself remains ours until a paid engagement is agreed — it is a demonstration, not a deliverable.

“3 days” is our working commitment, not a guarantee of a specific outcome. If something makes it impossible we will tell you before the three days are up, not after.

We agree a fixed price in writing before any paid work starts. You will not receive an invoice larger than the figure you signed off.

Buying outright. On full payment, everything we build for you is yours — the code, the designs and the accounts. We retain no licence over it and nothing is rented from us.

Paying monthly. On a monthly plan you are paying us to build, host and maintain the site, not to own it. The site and everything in it remains our property throughout, and service ends when the payments do. It is the cheaper way to start, and it is not the same deal as buying — we will say which one you are on in writing before you commit.

TO COMPLETE: monthly plan: fee, minimum term, notice period, and what happens to the domain and your content if you stop

We reserve the right to describe the work publicly unless you ask us not to.

TO COMPLETE: payment schedule (deposit / stages / on completion) and how much notice either side gives to stop

Thirty days of fixes are included after a site or app goes live. That covers things that don't work as agreed. It does not cover new features, which we quote separately.

TO COMPLETE: whether ongoing hosting, maintenance or support is offered, and on what terms

We keep the content here accurate and current, but we don't warrant that it is free of errors. Nothing on this site is a binding offer — the written agreement for your project is.
